Refund Policy
Doctor Appointment Cancellation and Refund:
You can cancel the doctor appointment booking by reaching the hospital 24 hours before the consultation and we will refund the appointment charge immediately. No refunds will be provided for deposits or money paid on cancellations done less than 24 hours before a scheduled appointment. No cancellation calls will be entertained.
Product Return and Refund:
No refunds will be provided as cash/bank transfer for products purchased. The damaged products can be returned to hospital through courier and we will process the return and send you new products within 5 days. Please inform the hospital within 24 hours after recieving the products about returning of products.
